As the truck backed up, it struck another truck driven by Mr. Keith I. Pringle who had just dropped off a truckload of recyclable material. Mr. Pringle was injured in the accident, was forced to undergo surgery, lost considerable time from work, and suffered a permanent injury. The City proposes to settle this matter for a total sum of $60,000.00, in return for a complete dismissal of the litigation by Plaintiff.
