There are 24 parking lots that will be maintained by the CMG under this agreement. The services that the CMG will perform include: emptying trash receptacles, power sweeping, trimming vegetation, and clearing snow and ice. The CMG will also clean the Farmer’s Market lot prior to the market opening each Sunday from April through December. The Parking Authority of Baltimore City issued an RFP for the maintenance of the 24 parking facilities and received responses from four firms.
